The Classroom Companions Ministry provides an assistant for any special needs child or teen, allowing them to integrate into a regular Sunday school classroom or any other activity at FUMC-Allen. Our volunteer companions create a relationship with these children to support them as they grow in the classroom and their love of God.

Parents can request a companion for their child or teen by contacting the Special Needs Ministry team. The companion works with the parent and the children’s or youth ministry team to develop the best plan of action for the child while they attend Sunday school or other church-sponsored activity.
