FLU CLINIC

November 3, 2007  

The cold and flu season is here.  The Health Ministry of FUMC has scheduled a Flu Clinic on 11/03/07, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  This will be provided by the County Health Department. The cost will be $20 for adults and $14 for children, Medicare/ Medicaid accepted. The recommendation is for everyone to get a flu shot. Those especially at high risk are people 65 years of age or older, those who are debilitated, have a chronic respiratory disease or a weakened immune system.

Below are some things we can all do to help stay healthy this year:

WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY

 EAT A HEALTHY DIET

KEEP HYDRATED

TAKE A DAILY MULTIVITAMIN

 EXERCISE REGULARLY

GET PLENTY OF REST
