The Single's Ministry of FUMC-Allen is a growing group of single adults, ranging in age from 25 through 65. The group is subdivided into three age brackets: 25-35, 35-55 and 50+.

The 35-55 group currently host one monthly event: 4th Friday Dinner is an adult only outing to various local restaurants. For email updates, subscribe to the email list: .

The 55+ group hosts the Out to Lunch Bunch, which meets for lunch and sometimes dinner once a month.

We can be described in many ways: single, unmarried, never-married, divorced, and widowed to name a few. Some of us have young children; some of us have grown children; some of us have never had children.

Despite the many ways of describing our Singles Ministry, we are Christian adults, and as such, we share a common bond. Each of us is seeking a sense of community and belonging with other single Christians through friendship and Christ-like love. We strive to nurture one-another through the good times as well as the bad and strive to live according to the example set by Christ.
