Faith Academy of Christian Enrichment

The Faith Academy of Christian Enrichment has embarked on a new journey of providing adult Christian education for the members and visitors of FUMC-Allen and our community. The vision of the FaithAcademy of Christian Enrichment is to bring us together in a small group, Christian environment where we will be encouraged to develop our understanding of the life of faith. Through various studies and shared experiences, we hope participants can find that place where your faith and life intersect, leading to a richer, more fulfilling Christian life. An academy style of classes expands the current Wednesday night offerings to classes every weeknight, Monday through Friday and on Sundays.

Registration
Students must enroll with The Academy before attending their first class. Click HERE to download registration form.

Registration Options

1. Complete registration form and return to the receptionist desk (east entrance) at the church or Mail to: The Academy, FUMC Allen, 601 S. Greenville Ave., Allen, Texas 75002.
2. Call 972.727.8261, x126 or email marym@fumcallen.org to register for a class.

Registration Deadlines
Each class requires advance registration. Please register by January 13, 2008, if possible.

Class size
Instructors may choose to limit enrollment if they feel certain numbers will enhance the value of the course.

Course Cancellations
The Faith Academy of Christian Enrichment reserves the right to cancel any class. Notification will be given promptly so that an alternative class may be chosen.

Childcare
Please call Jeneese Bené (972.727.8261, x311) with your reservation. Childcare reservations are due at the time of registration. Childcare is on a first come, first serve basis. If you cannot make a class and you have scheduled childcare, please call 927.727.8261 to cancel your reservation.

Suggested Study Bibles
First United Methodist Church of Allen uses the NIV Bible. Suggested study bibles used for The Faith Academy of Christian Enrichment classes are the NIV Bible, the Harper Collins Study Bible, or the New Revised Standard Version.
