In grateful response to God’s love for us, guided by the Holy Spirit through prayer, we will strive to be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ by:

IMPACT is our evangelism theme for 2012
Intentionally Mobilizing People Anticipating Christ’s Transformation
Our 2012 church goals and strategies will springboard us into the future, allowing God to use us for Kingdom building and transformation.
• A PURPOSEFUL CHURCH. Our church regularly enters the community in pursuit of the Great Commission. We encourage every group, ministry and activity to diligently invite guests, greet them warmly, thank them for their participation, and invite them to return. We also continue our partnership with the North Texas Conference in the start of a new satellite campus in Allen, TX.
As a Purposeful Church, we will encourage every member and ministry to invite guests to everything we do. Further we seek to start a new faith community in Allen.
• A MISSIONAL CHURCH. We take seriously Christ’s instruction to love our neighbor. We encourage every ministry area and individual to be involved in at least one area of service that includes but is not limited to: Send Hope Honduras, Allen Community Outreach, Habitat for Humanity, and Juntos Servimos.
As a Missional Church, we will encourage every ministry and individual to be involved in at least one mission opportunity. We also will create a means of giving church members permission through IMPACT grants to identify and impact community/global needs for God’s kingdom.
• A GROWING CHURCH. It is our ambition that every guest and member engage in a meaningful place of fellowship, learning and serving. We ask every ministry to creatively promote and personally invite others to participate in these opportunities. We ask every member to volunteer for opportunities where their gifts and skills can best serve the Kingdom of God.
As a Growing Church, we will encourage every member and guest to be involved in some area of service.
• A GIVING CHURCH. We desire to grow in the grace of giving through the regular support of our church’s mission and ministry. We will offer teaching and preaching opportunities to ensure that this grace can be known and enjoyed by every member. We will also offer several unique opportunities during the year to join one another in generous gifts to advance our church’s work at home and abroad.
As a Giving Church, we will encourage every member to grow in the grace of giving.
• An IMPACT CHURCH. We desire to be a Kingdom minded church that gives people permission to bring about radical change in our community. We will offer opportunities for church members to identify needs in our mission field where Christ can impact lives. Members will be provided the opportunity for an IMPACT coach in order to clarify God’s call to action and the means to apply for a grant funded by our IMPACT budget.
As an IMPACT church, we will celebrate and tell the stories of lives being changed.
